December 2005
The following amendments and enhancements have been made to CATTLEdata & DAIRYdata.
The principle change in this release is the introduction of the CTS Webservices Routines. This is explained in a document attached to the end of this release notice.
You must also install CTS WebServices from the CD.
Other Enhancements.
Management Reports, Cattle on Holding Report..
This report is designed to give an animal listing similar to the BCMS Passport. You must select a date for the report. It then lists all the animals on the holding on that date. Females are shown first followed by males. Within each sex they are sorted by the date they arrived on the holding and within that date by official tag no.
2. A global search facility has been introduced. Click on the Binoculars on the top toolbar. You can then insert a part or all of any Official ID. All animals in the system, live or dead, will be displayed which have this as part of their Official ID. Clicking on the animal then opens its record.
