The key functions of the system are. The system is fully integrated with ACCOUNTSdata and, as with all our systems, you can have as many separate business on the one system as you need. Customer records have information in them relating to pricing, delivery point and invoice address, if they should be different. As is the case when delivering to separate stores for one Supermarket group. Products. The system allows for the setting up of multiple products and also a default price for each product. The default price is used if a customer does not have a individual price list allocated to them in their Customer Records. Prices can be edited upto the point of invoice production. Individual Customers can also have a product code list so that the invoices are produced with the information the customer needs on them. i.e. their own product code. Orders are entered from sales or telesales, these then produce a delivery note. Alternatively, deliveries can be entered directly. Delivery schedules can be produced. Following delivery, Invoices are produced. The price on the invoice is either the default price, an individual customer price or a price entered at the time the order is taken. The system is designed for a weekly invoicing run, with two weeks open at any one time. Credit notes can be produced for what ever reason, returned goods, incorrect pricing or quantity, etc. Statistics can be produced on sales, these can be by product, customer or user defined lists. Statistical information is available on a rolling basis for physical quantities and monetary values. Customer outstanding balances are available including un-invoiced deliveries. Interrogation of previous deliveries. Lists for telesales can be produced if required. The system is available only in the Multi-User Unix environment.
