Content
A minor irregularity has been found in the previous Paydata Release, Software Release Notice 36. It occurred in the Payroll End of Tax Year Routines, production of P14 and online submission file section. It only occurred on systems where the “Record Past Leaver Details” flag was set at Y, i.e. retain separate instances of previous employments under the same employee number for casual/seasonal employees. In these circumstances a duplicate entry was produced for the last employment instance if that employee was down as “left”.
You can omit installation of the previous disk (SRN36) if it has not already been installed.
