Content
The only significant change in the Paydata system for the 2007-2008 tax year is the removal of the remaining sections relevant to Tax Credits. A number of reports have been removed and updated. The update can be installed immediately.
An updated version of IRRdata, our end of year submission package, is required for the 2006-2007 process. This is issued to you on CD-ROM.
For Dot-Matrix Printers. If you wish to use the P14/P60s produced by Paydata for your end of year submission or for your employee copy, the stationery reference is: P14(Continuous-Portrait) (2006-07)
Note that the form P60(Continuous-Portrait)(2005-06) is NOT suitable for use with Paydata.
For Laser/Inkjet Printers. From Paydata you should use P14/P60 (Laser Sheet – Portrait) (2006/2007). From IRRdata use P60 (Single Sheet) (2006/07)
Installation
DOS Users
At the C:\> prompt, insert the disk and enter: A:INSTALL
Windows 95/98/XP users
Select START ® RUN
then enter A:INSTALL
UNIX Users
We will install the update on those sites that we have access to through the internet. Those few that we cannot access will have had a disk under separate cover with a request to call us.

Users failure to implement the update for any reason.
The results of any errors occurring during the update, not notified immediately to ourselves.
Users failure to implement previous updates or to incorporate any required NI/PAYE changes, whether notification was received from ourselves or not, and the results thereof.
Users failure to keep adequate numbers of complete backup sets should, for whatever reason at whatever time, it prove necessary to resort to restoring a backup. Any work required on the part of FARMdata to “rescue” data etc, is chargeable under these circumstance.
